Purchase Options Cancellation Policy – WHIFF
This policy applies to special purchase options offered by WHIFF Oy (“WHIFF”), including pre-orders, where such purchase options are available.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are products that may be purchased before their normal delivery date or before they are immediately available for dispatch from stock.
Where possible, an estimated availability or delivery date will be displayed in connection with the product. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any such date is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the product has been dispatched by contacting WHIFF at:
Where the pre-order can be cancelled before dispatch, WHIFF will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, cancellation and returns are governed by WHIFF’s Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Changes to Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for pre-order products may change due to product availability, suppliers, manufacturers, transportation, or other circumstances outside WHIFF’s reasonable control.
If a pre-order is subject to a material delay, WHIFF will, where reasonably possible, inform the customer of the situation.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law in the event of delayed delivery.
Cancellation by WHIFF
WHIFF may need to cancel a pre-order if, for example, the product becomes unavailable from the supplier, is discontinued, or another material circumstance prevents WHIFF from fulfilling the order.
If WHIFF cancels a paid pre-order, the amount paid for the relevant product will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation, including applicable rights relating to withdrawal, returns, defective products, or delayed delivery.
