Products and Origin

WHIFF sells authentic fragrance and cosmetic products as well as selected products transferred from original products into smaller containers (“decant products”).

WHIFF decant products contain original fragrance transferred from the original manufacturer's product into a smaller container used by WHIFF.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in connection with a product, the bottle, label, packaging and other packaging materials used for a WHIFF decant product are not manufactured or packaged by the original fragrance brand.

Independence from Brand Owners

WHIFF is an independent retailer and is not the owner, manufacturer, subsidiary, representative or official website of the brands referenced on this website.

WHIFF does not represent itself as an authorised retailer, distributor or partner of any brand unless such status is expressly stated in connection with the relevant product or brand.

Third-party trademarks, product names and other identifiers appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners. They are used to identify and describe products and their origin and to provide relevant product information to customers.

The use of a trademark or product name on this website does not, by itself, imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership between WHIFF and the relevant trademark owner.

Decant Products

Unless expressly stated otherwise, WHIFF decant products are not separate 5 ml or 10 ml retail products manufactured by the original brand.

For decant products, the original fragrance has been transferred into packaging used by WHIFF. WHIFF clearly discloses this to customers in connection with the relevant product.

WHIFF is responsible for its own repackaging, packaging and operations in accordance with applicable law.

Product Images and Content

Unless otherwise stated, product photographs and other visual material produced by WHIFF and displayed on this website have been created by WHIFF.

Texts, photographs, graphics, visual elements, WHIFF trademarks and other original material created or owned by WHIFF are the property of WHIFF or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, logos and other protected identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

Unauthorised copying, publication, commercial exploitation or other unlawful use of WHIFF's protected material is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Product Information

WHIFF endeavours to ensure that product information, prices, images and availability information displayed on this website are accurate and up to date.

However, product appearance, manufacturer packaging, formulation and other product information may be changed by the manufacturer. Customers should therefore also review the current labelling, ingredient information, warnings and instructions supplied with the product.

WHIFF reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, description and other obvious errors and to modify product availability and website content to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

WHIFF shall not be liable for indirect losses or temporary unavailability of this website where such liability does not arise under applicable law.

Nothing in this Legal Notice limits any mandatory rights available to consumers or excludes or limits any liability of WHIFF that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

This website and WHIFF's operations are governed by the laws of Finland, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Any dispute shall primarily be sought to be resolved through negotiation. Jurisdiction and any remedies available to consumers shall be determined in accordance with applicable mandatory law.
