Shipping policy
WHIFF delivers products sold in its online store to Finland and to other countries separately specified on the website. Available delivery methods and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days from receipt of the order, unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times are typically:

Finland: 2–5 business days

Other EU countries: 3–10 business days
- USA and Canada: 7-14 days
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination and are estimates only. WHIFF is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond WHIFF’s reasonable control, such as the actions of the carrier, customs processing, or force majeure.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer upon delivery in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing the order. WHIFF is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to WHIFF due to non-collection or incorrect delivery information, WHIFF reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping and handling costs incurred from any refund.
If the shipment is damaged during transport, the customer must file a complaint without undue delay with both the carrier and WHIFF, and preferably within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error by WHIFF or unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
