These Terms of Use apply to the WHIFF online store and to all orders placed through it. By using the WHIFF website or placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms of Use.

WHIFF reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The version in force at any given time is available on the website.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.

WHIFF sells authentic perfumes, cosmetics, and related products in its online store. Some products, such as 5 ml and 10 ml decant sizes, are hand-decanted hygienically and carefully into WHIFF’s own bottles.

Products are sold subject to availability. WHIFF reserves the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, and correct any pricing, product, or inventory errors.

All prices are displayed in the selected currency (such as EUR, USD, or CAD) and include value added tax (VAT) where applicable.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices may be shown without VAT in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout before the order is confirmed.

WHIFF aims to deliver orders within the stated timeframes but is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond WHIFF’s reasonable control.

The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation. Detailed conditions are set out in WHIFF’s Return and Refund Policy.

WHIFF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless required by mandatory law. WHIFF’s total liability in any case is limited to the purchase price paid by the customer, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection legislation.

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, and visual design, is the property of WHIFF or its partners and may not be used without prior permission.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or bring the case before a competent Finnish court.
