Return & Refund Policy – WHIFF

WHIFF complies with Finnish consumer protection legislation and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)
Customers located in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a distance sales order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.

The right of withdrawal applies only to unused and unopened products that are in original saleable condition and in their original packaging.


International Returns (USA & Canada)
For customers outside the EU and UK (including the United States and Canada), WHIFF offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened products in original condition and packaging.


Sealed & Hygiene Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal or return does not apply to sealed products if the seal has been opened or broken after delivery.

This includes perfumes and cosmetic products sealed for hygiene protection.


Decant Products (5 ml and 10 ml)
WHIFF offers 5 ml and 10 ml decants that are hand-decanted hygienically into WHIFF’s own bottles.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used decants are non-returnable.

Unopened and unused decants may be eligible for return.


Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, you must notify WHIFF without undue delay and preferably within seven (7) days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

In such cases, WHIFF will cover return and replacement costs in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Return Procedure
All returns must be approved in advance by WHIFF customer service.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by WHIFF or a defective product.


Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

For EU & UK customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal, WHIFF will also refund the standard delivery costs of the original order, in accordance with applicable law.

Additional delivery costs (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.


Uncollected Parcels
Uncollected or refused shipments are not considered returns.

WHIFF reserves the right to deduct actual shipping, return, and handling costs from any refund.
